These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at congregatets.com and the services provided by Congregate Tech Solutions (India) and its UK affiliate Congregate Limited(registered in England & Wales, Company No. 7404228, VAT No. 100716172) (collectively “Congregate”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Services

Congregate Tech Solutions provides technology consultancy, financial consultancy, green renewable energy advisory, and construction consultancy services to business clients. The scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement or Statement of Work (“SOW”) agreed between the parties. These Terms apply alongside any such SOW unless expressly varied in writing.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:

  • Infringe any third-party intellectual property rights;
  • Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications;
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems;
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the website for any user who violates these conditions without prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of Congregate Tech Solutions or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Each party may have access to confidential information of the other in connection with a services engagement. Each party agrees to keep such information strictly confidential, to use it only for the purpose of the engagement, and not to disclose it to third parties without the other party's prior written consent, except as required by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Congregate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of this website or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability in connection with any single engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Congregate Tech Solutions and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

7. Third-Party Links

This website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience and reference only. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites. Accessing third-party sites is entirely at your own risk.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

For clients engaging Congregate Limited (UK entity), these Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

For clients engaging Congregate Tech Solutions (India entity), these Terms shall be governed by the laws of India and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
